The Auxiliary Chamber is honored to present its first episode of 2026 with Dr. Henry Kha diving into Children in the Digital Age: the challenges of international children’s law. In response to the implementation of new Australian legislation around banning under-16s from prominent social media websites, we are taking a dive into international children’s law. We look at the laws and impacts media age and digital technologies on children. Dr. Henry Kha is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of New South Wales, and established author on International Children’s Rights Law and all aspects of family law from both a legal historical and contemporary perspective.
